Gastrotuss est un médicament destiné au traitement du reflux gastro-œsophagien ou laryngopharyngé. Il soulage les symptômes associés à ces problèmes, tels que les remontées acides, les brûlures d'estomac ou une boule dans la gorge.
Formes de libération
Gastrotuss est disponible dans les formes d'administration suivantes :
- Gastrotuss Light sirop anti-reflux, hypocalorique, 200 ml
- Sirop anti-reflux Gastrotuss Baby, 180 ml
Gastrotuss contient du sorbitol, du siméthicone, du bicarbonate de potassium, de l'alginate de magnésium.
Indications pour l'utilisation
Gastrotuss est indiqué dans le traitement du reflux gastro-œsophagien ou du reflux laryngopharyngé. Il soulage les symptômes associés à ces problèmes tels que les éructations, les brûlures d'estomac ou pyrosis, la boule dans la gorge ou le globus pharyngé. Il peut également soulager l'inflammation du nasopharynx, les éructations, les flatulences, la dysphonie ou la toux associées au reflux. Il est utilisé comme traitement adjuvant pour réépithélialiser la muqueuse gastro-œsophagienne.
Dosage et mode d'administration
La dose varie en fonction de l'âge et du type de produit. Gastrotus Light convient aux adultes et aux enfants à partir de 3 ans. Gastrotuss Baby convient aux enfants, y compris les nouveau-nés, mais aussi aux enfants plus âgés ou aux adultes.
Pour les adultes et les enfants de 12 ans et plus, une dose de 20 ml de Gastrotuss Light ou Baby peut être prise après les principaux repas et avant le coucher ou selon les instructions du médecin. Pour les enfants âgés de 3 à 12 ans, la dose recommandée de Gastrotuss Light ou Baby est de 10 à 20 ml après les repas principaux, au coucher ou selon les instructions du médecin. Pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans, seul Gastrotuss Baby est recommandé - 5 ml après les repas principaux et au moment du coucher. Pour les nouveau-nés de moins de 5 kg, la dose recommandée de Gastrotuss Baby est de 2,5-3 ml, environ 5-10 minutes après les repas ou selon les instructions du médecin. Si les régurgitations persistent, il est possible d'ajouter 1 ml.
Contre-indications
Gastrotuss est contre-indiqué en cas d'allergie à l'un des ingrédients.
