Good as a treatment for pimples on the back. But it's the worst cream/spray ever devised. Be very careful. Whatever the doctor says just give it to yourself in the evening and make sure said pajamas are not the right ones and if it discolors it's okay. They stain and discolor everything. Even if they get into your skin and then you get dressed. I stained 2 towels because I wiped my hands after using this. Soap and water and it still got pinkish/orange. As for the spray. It clogs like the last turd.

This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist, I had pretty bad acne on my back. It does the job well, gets into my skin quickly and dries my pimples in a couple of days. I was warned that it has benzoyl peroxide in it and can discolor my clothes, so I leave it on for a few minutes to soak into my skin, then put on a white t-shirt. I also had the spray clog up after a few uses, then I read in the leaflet that it needs to be shaken well before use and I haven't had this problem again. Personally I'm very satisfied with Dorsak, it got rid of a pretty bad acne on my back without having to take antibiotics.
