Biography

Dr Laurent Dupont is a surgeon with over twenty years of clinical experience, primarily in the fields of general and digestive surgery. His work focuses on both inpatient and outpatient care, particularly the long-term follow-up of patients with acute and chronic surgical conditions.

Throughout his career, he has worked in several public and private hospitals in France, mainly in Paris and the southern regions of the country, gaining extensive experience in surgical protocols and the organisation of medical care.

For approximately five years, he has been working in parallel as a medical consultant for the review and approval of health-related documents, particularly concerning surgical procedures, associated pharmacological treatments and patient care pathways. This activity is based on his daily clinical practice and does not constitute his primary occupation.
