MultiVit

The MultiVi Energy range from Forte Pharma brings together formulas adapted to modern needs: prolonged-release tablets and multivitamin jellies with natural fruit flavouring. MultiVit Max is also available in capsule form, in a bottle of 60 capsules.

MultiVit 4G Energy is an advanced formula designed for active adults, with a gradual release of ingredients over 8 hours for a constant effect on energy levels and stress resistance.

Multivit Energie multivitamin jellies are a tasty and easy-to-administer option, suitable for both adults and children over 4 years of age. 

Multivit multivitamins and minerals are recommended in numerous physiological and pathological situations:

• Chronic fatigue or spring/autumn asthenia;
• Periods of physical or mental overload, such as exams, work stress or intense sporting activities;
• Vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by an unbalanced diet, restrictive diets or excessive consumption of alcohol/coffee;
• Strengthening the immune system during the cold season or convalescence;
• Maintaining overall tone and resistance to exertion, supporting cognitive function and mental performance.

For MultiVit 4G Energy, it is recommended to take one tablet per day, in the morning, with a large glass of water (approximately 200 ml). Treatments can last 30 days, and it is preferable to repeat them every 1–2 months at the change of seasons or in cases of asthenia.

Multivit Energy jellies are administered to adults and children over 10 years of age, 2 jellies/day, preferably in the morning. For children between 4 and 10 years of age, administer 1 jelly/day, chewed thoroughly before swallowing.

Multivit is contraindicated:

• children under 12 years of age, in the case of tablets
• people allergic to bee products (royal jelly), ginger or other active ingredients
• patients with diabetes mellitus, as ginseng may influence blood sugar levels
• people sensitive to caffeine (content of 2 mg/dose)

Multivit Energy jellies are contraindicated in case of allergies to any of the excipients and require caution in diabetics due to their glucose and sugar content.

The supplement should be taken in the morning to take advantage of the tonic effect of the 4G complex and to avoid interference with sleep.

Patients undergoing chronic treatment (antihypertensive, antidiabetic, anticoagulant) should consult their doctor before use.

Multivit is generally well tolerated, but in rare cases mild reactions may occur, such as:

• gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea);
• insomnia or restlessness in people sensitive to caffeine;
• allergic skin reactions to bee products (rash, itching);
• headache or palpitations in case of overdose.

These reactions are transient and disappear when administration is discontinued. 

Multivit may interact with certain medicines:

• Ginseng may enhance the effect of antihypertensive and antidiabetic drugs;
• Caffeine in guarana may interfere with sedative or hypnotic drugs;
• Iron and zinc may reduce the absorption of certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones);

The supplement should not be taken concomitantly with other multivitamin complexes to avoid hypervitaminosis, especially for vitamins A and D.

In case of accidental overdose, symptoms of hypervitaminosis (nausea, headache, insomnia, irritability, gastrointestinal disorders) may occur. Due to the low content of caffeine and minerals in physiological doses, the risk of severe reactions is minimal, but medical assistance is recommended for symptom assessment and symptomatic treatment.

Multivit products should be stored at room temperature, below 25°C, away from moisture, excessive heat and direct light. Keep out of the reach of small children. After opening, the jelly bottle should be tightly closed.
