Faringo a-t-il des effets secondaires ?
Comme tous les médicaments, Faringo boisson chaude est susceptible d'avoir des effets indésirables, bien que tout le monde n'y soit pas sujet. Il est recommandé de consulter la notice d'emballage.
Les effets secondaires les plus fréquents sont les suivants : Gonflement du visage, de la langue et de la gorge, difficulté à avaler, gonflements rouges et démangeaisons de la peau, difficultés respiratoires.
Les effets secondaires rares (pouvant concerner jusqu'à 1 personne sur 1000) sont : modifications des plaquettes sanguines, troubles des cellules souches, dépression, confusion, hallucinations, vertiges, tremblements, maux de tête, œdèmes, troubles de la vision, douleurs abdominales, saignements gastriques et intestinaux, diarrhée, nausées, vomissements, troubles de la fonction hépatique, insuffisance hépatique, nécrose hépatique, jaunisse, démangeaisons, éruption cutanée passagère, transpiration, taches rouges sur la peau, urticaire, surdosage et intoxication.
D'autres effets secondaires associés au maléate de chlorphéniramine sont énumérés et peuvent inclure thrombocytopénie, neutropénie, anémie hémolytique, démangeaisons, éruption cutanée transitoire, œdème, réactions allergiques graves, sédation et somnolence, effets de l'atropine, hypotension, troubles de l'équilibre, diminution de la mémoire et de la concentration, confusion, hallucinations, hypotension, incapacité à uriner.
Il est important d'interrompre le traitement et de consulter immédiatement un médecin si des symptômes tels que ceux mentionnés apparaissent.
