Preparation instructions :
Heat the milk and when it becomes hot, add 2 tablespoons (approx. 40g) to 150ml of milk. Stir over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
It can be kept in the fridge and reheated anytime, even the next day for breakfast.
Store in a cool, dry, odorless place.
