The product is available in the form of film-coated tablets, packaged in boxes of 30 units. This pharmaceutical form ensures easy administration and controlled release of the active substances, contributing to increased bioavailability and a tolerability profile suitable for daily use.

Zen Bleu contains standardised extracts from plants with a tradition in Ayurvedic medicine: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) and Pippali (Piper longum).

These active ingredients work synergistically to support emotional balance, cognitive function, sleep and stress adaptation.

Zen Bleu is intended for adults who experience:

• chronic or acute stress, anxiety, irritability;
• sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking);
• mental and physical fatigue, states of exhaustion;
• concentration and memory disorders;
• decreased resistance to aggressive environmental factors (pollution, mental overload);
• support of cognitive functions in the elderly.

The recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet per day, taken with a glass of water after a meal. In special cases (e.g. acute episodes of stress or intense fatigue), the dose may be increased to 2 tablets per day, as recommended by a specialist.

The product is intended for adults only. For sustained benefits, continuous use for at least 3-6 months is recommended.

ZenBleu should not be taken by people with known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

It is contraindicated for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless recommended by a healthcare professional.

Thanks to its Piper longum (Pippali) content, Zen Bleu has increased bioavailability of its active ingredients, as piperine inhibits first-pass metabolism in the liver, increasing the clinical efficacy of the formula.

Zen Bleu is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, mild gastrointestinal reactions (nausea, bloating) or allergic skin reactions (rash, itching) may occur.

Zen Bleu may interact with some medicines, so it is advisable to inform your doctor about any other treatments you are taking for chronic conditions.

Ashwagandha may interact with anxiolytic, hypnotic, antidepressant and immunosuppressive medicines. Pippali may influence the intestinal absorption of some medicines through its enzymatic effect on cytochrome P450.

There are no clinical data on overdose with Zen Bleu. In case of excessive dosage, symptoms of marked sedation, gastrointestinal disorders or hypotension may occur. It is recommended to discontinue use and seek emergency medical advice.

The product should be stored at room temperature, in a dry place, away from moisture and direct light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Best before the expiry date stated on the packaging.
