Zincas

Zincas Forte is available in the form of tablets, each tablet containing 27 mg of zinc ions in the form of zinc hydrogen aspartate dihydrate (150 mg). Each pack contains 50 tablets, which ensures long-term treatment for patients.

Zincas Max C+D3 is also available in tablet form and contains 15 mg of zinc, 100 mg of vitamin C and 2000 IU of vitamin D3.

Zincas Forte is indicated for the treatment of zinc deficiencies, especially in cases where the diet cannot compensate for the daily requirement of zinc. Zinc deficiency can have multiple causes, including inadequate nutrition, digestive disorders that affect the absorption of the micronutrient, or physiological conditions that increase zinc requirements, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding and intense stress.

Zinc plays an essential role in supporting immune function, in the synthesis of certain hormones, such as growth hormone and sex hormones, and in the proper secretion of insulin. Zinc also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain healthy skin.

The recommended dose of Zincas Forte for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age is 1 tablet per day, after meals. The tablets should be swallowed with sufficient water. It is important that treatment does not exceed 30 days without consulting a doctor to avoid possible long-term adverse effects.

For Zincas Max C+D3, for adults and children over 12 years of age, it is recommended to take 1 tablet per day after meals with water.

Zincas is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to any component of the supplement, including excipients.

This supplement should also not be used by patients suffering from renal failure or other severe kidney diseases, as zinc elimination from the body may be impaired.

It is important that Zincas is used according to the recommended dose, avoiding higher doses, which may lead to severe side effects.

Prolonged use of this product may lead to a decrease in copper levels in the body, which is why long-term monitoring of treatment is essential.

Like any supplement, Zincas may cause side effects, although not all patients will experience them.

At recommended doses, side effects are rare, but at high doses, users may experience headaches, nausea, diarrhoea and abdominal pain. Another possible effect is a metallic taste in the mouth.
