How to use:

• If necessary, cut the insoles to fit inside the shoe.
• Cut along the contour that matches the size of the shoe or use the original insole as a template.
• For best results, remove the existing insoles and replace them with Scholl GelActiv insoles, with the gel side facing down.
• Replace the insoles that show signs of wear; recommended every 6 months.
