How to use:
Aromatherapy Place 2-5 drops in aromatherapy diffuser.
Inhalations: Place 2 drops in a tissue then inhale.
Massage - add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of base oil, then massage in circular motions.
Bath with essential oil, 5-6 drops in 2 tablespoons of base oil, which is poured into warm water, mixing well.

It is not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by children under 12 years of age.
