Fixation cream cannot replace a good fitting of the prosthesis by a dentist or orthodontist. If you notice that the cream is working less well than usual or you feel leakage while using it, consult your doctor. These can be symptoms of a bad denture fit.

In case of recurrent inflammation or damage to the mucosa, consult a dentist before using the cream.

Using a prosthesis requires regular hygiene of the oral cavity and the prosthesis itself. For this purpose, we recommend cleaning the dentures with Protefix® HYGIENA cleaning paste. Once a week, the denture must be disinfected using Protefix® HYGIENA cleaning tablets.

Usually, the prosthesis can be easily removed for cleaning; If necessary, rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water and then loosen the denture.

The duration of the fixation effect depends on many factors, including the food consumed (for example, hot drinks), the condition of the mucosa and the fit of the prosthesis.

When you use the cream correctly, you can naturally swallow small amounts of the cream, which is not harmful to the body.

With the given method of use, the cream can be used for a long time.

Cleaning the prosthesis and the mouth:

Rinse your mouth with water. Gently move the dentures and remove them.

If any cream remains on the denture or in the mouth, it should be removed using a cotton swab moistened with warm water or cooking oil.

Gently clean the gums and palate with a soft toothbrush.

Clean the denture of food debris using a soft toothbrush and Protefix® HYGIENA paste. Press well under running water.
