Comfort U Secom is available in two distinct forms, tailored to individual needs and preferences: vegetable capsules or powder sachets.

• DRcaps vegetable capsules (30 capsules) - These ensure the delayed release of the active ingredients, preventing their premature breakdown in the acidic gastric environment. This maximizes the bioavailability of the compounds and provides optimal intake for the intestinal and urinary flora.
• Powder sachets (10 pieces) - The soluble formula is easy to administer, has a pleasant berry flavor, and is ideal for people with swallowing difficulties or those who prefer alternatives to capsules. The powder is dissolved in 100 ml of water and administered after meals.

Secom Comfort U is particularly recommended for:

• Prevention and support of treatment for recurrent urinary tract infections (more common in women but also possible in men).
• Maintaining the balance of the urogenital flora, especially after antibiotic treatment.
• Restoring the acid-base balance in the urinary tract.
• Maintenance periods after acute episodes of urinary discomfort.
• Support in case of exposure to risk factors such as dehydration, inadequate hygiene, use of synthetic underwear, or sexual intercourse.

The dosage for Comfort U Good Routine varies depending on the purpose of administration:

• For maintenance: 1 capsule or 1 sachet per day, after meals, with at least 200 ml of water.
• For intensive support: 2–3 capsules or sachets per day, taken with meals or as recommended by a specialist.

Good Routine Comfort U is not recommended for people with known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Although the ingredients are generally well tolerated, use during pregnancy or breastfeeding should only be carried out on the advice of a doctor, as there is insufficient clinical data on safety in these conditions.

The product is also suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets, as it does not contain any animal-derived excipients.

DRcaps capsules are designed to withstand the acidic environment of the stomach, making them suitable for absorption in the small intestine, where the microbial flora can benefit from the synergistic action of probiotics.

The powder in sachets is a practical and pleasant alternative to administration, especially for the elderly or people with swallowing difficulties.

Comfort U is generally well tolerated, and side effects are rare. In isolated cases, mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, bloating, or temporary changes in stool may occur, especially during the first few days of taking Lactobacillus reuteri.

In addition, in some sensitive individuals, bearberry extract may cause mild gastrointestinal irritation if consumed on an empty stomach.

It is recommended to take the supplement at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics or antifungals to avoid reducing the effectiveness of the probiotic strain.

Cranberry may interfere with anticoagulant medications or statins, so caution is advised.

No interactions with food are known, but consumption after meals is recommended for better digestive tolerance.

In case of accidental overdose, symptoms may include gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, diarrhea, bloating). D-mannose is mainly excreted in the urine, so the risk of systemic toxicity is minimal. In extreme situations, adequate hydration and medical advice are recommended.

Comfort-U should be stored at temperatures below 25°C, in a dry place, away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Slight variations in color, odor, or texture of the capsules or powder are normal due to the natural origin of the ingredients and do not affect the effectiveness of the product.
