Thanks to the content of adaptogens such as ashwagandha, Rhodiola rosea and Siberian ginseng, this dietary supplement helps the body cope better with stress and counteracts its negative effects on physical and mental health. However, that's not all, as this product also contains active ingredients such as ginseng and schisandra.

The product contains plant extracts that, thanks to their adaptogenic properties, support the body to cope with stress.
Ingredients: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 10:1, Rhodiola rosea root extract standardized to contain min. 3% salidrosides and 1% rosavins, ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) standardized to contain min. 10% ginsenosides, Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 10:1, schisandra fruit extract (Schisandra chinensis) 10:1. Capsule composition: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).
Daily serving: 1 capsule per day.
Precautions: People taking medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product should not be consumed if you are taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage: Store in a dry and dark place, at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
