Aliness PrenaCare Complete is a dietary supplement in capsule form developed for pregnant and lactating women. Contains nutrients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP)

PrenaCare Complete is a two-capsule preparation - the formula consists of two types of capsules:

the capsule contains choline in the form of Vitacholine™ choline bitartrate, in the highly bioavailable form of 5-MTHF ^{Quatrefolic®} folate, (magnesium citrate), selenium (L-selenomethionine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-6-phosphate) and B12 (methylcobalamin).
The soft capsule contains 300 mg of DHA in the form of natural triglycerides derived from DHA ORIGINS ^® algae oil and vitamin D ( cholecalciferol ) dissolved in oil for better absorption. DHA ORIGINS ^® patented algae oil provides supplements without unpleasant taste and belching.

DHA acid: Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid supports proper eye and brain development in fetuses and breast-fed infants (the beneficial effect occurs when 200 mg of DHA per day is consumed above the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults , i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA).
Folate: contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. The use of folic acid supplements increases the concentration of folate in the mother's body. Low levels of maternal folic acid are a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The beneficial effect occurs with an additional daily intake of 400 μg of folic acid at least one month before and at most three months after conception.
Selenium helps the thyroid gland to function properly.
Magnesium helps maintain healthy teeth.
B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin B12 participates in the process of cell division and helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue
Vitamin D supports the proper functioning of the immune system, helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, and participates in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B6 , vitamin B12 , choline and folic acid help maintain proper homocysteine metabolism.
