Freeze-dried fruit retains its natural taste, aroma, structure and colour, as well as the vitamins, nutrients and minerals normally found in fresh fruit. With proper storage, freeze-dried fruit has a long shelf life. Freeze-dried dragon fruit preserves the properties of exotic fruits with a pleasant crunch .
