Properties:

Mode of administration:
Day formula/ night formula: 1 tablet (yellow) in the morning/ 1 tablet (purple) 30-45 minutes before going to bed.

Vitex (Vitex Agnus-Castus) (standardized fruit extract with 0.6% agnuside [0.2 mg]) 40 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract, with 2.5% triterpene glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.
Night formula (pm)
Valeriana Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis) (standardized root extract with 0.8% valeric acid [1.6mg] 200 mg.
Hops (Humulus lupulus) (flower extract) 100 mg.
L-theanine/suntheanine® 50 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract, with 2.5% triterpenic glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.

Precautions:
