Internal antiparasitic for small and medium dogs Dehinel Plus Flavor, 10 tablets, KRKA

Properties:
Indicated in the treatment of mixed infestations with roundworms, nematodes and cestodes in the canine species:
Roundworms: Toxocara canis (in the mature and immature stage of development) Toxocara leonina (in the mature and immature stage of development)
Nematodes: Uncinaria stenocephala (in the mature and immature stage of development) Ancylostoma caninum (in the mature and immature stage of development) Trichuris vulpis (mature forms)
Cestodes: Echinococcus granulosus Echinococcus multilocularis Dipylidium caninum Taenia spp. Multiceps multiceps Mesocestoides spp.

Mode of administration:
The recommended dose per kg body weight is: 15 mg febantel, 14.4 mg pyrantel embonate and 5 mg praziquantel, i.e. 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight.
The tablets are administered according to the body weight of the dog, according to the following scheme:
up to 5 kg - ½ tablet
up to 10 kg - 1 tablet
up to 15 kg - 1+ ½ tablet
up to 20 kg - 2 tablets
up to 30 kg - 3 tablets
up to 40 kg - 4 tablets
up to 50 kg - 5 tablets
up to 60 kg - 6 tablets
The tablets will be administered at the base of the dog's tongue or inserted into the food. The medicine is administered in a single dose. To ensure an effective prophylaxis of parasitosis, it is recommended that the treatment be carried out 3-4 times a year.
In case of severe infestation, the treatment will be repeated every 2 weeks.

Active ingredients per tablet:
Febantel 150 mg, Pyrantel embonate 144 mg, Praziquantel 50 mg.

Contraindications:
It is not recommended to administer the medicine to pregnant women, during the first 2/3 of pregnancy.
