The preparation

Pour 1 infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Recommended dose

Children from the 9th month completed 1 cup per day. Children from 3 years 2-3 cups a day.

Warning

If you sweeten your tea with sugar, don't give it to infants from a bottle with a silicone teat, use a cup as soon as possible. Excessive use of sugary tea can lead to an increase in tooth decay.
