Clay has a remarkable power of absorption. The product, by its nature and method of use, provided that the instructions for use and storage conditions are respected, is a source of silicates, aluminum oxides, iron, magnesium, calcium oxides, alkaline oxides, titanic anhydride, trace elements.

Way of ussage:
The basic treatment takes place for 3 weeks, during which you drink very cloudy clay water, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

The maintenance treatment continues for 4-6 months, taking only one dose in the morning, for 10 consecutive days per month.
Depending on the age, the accumulated stress can vary from 10 to 15-20 days per month or, in exceptional cases, several months in a row without interruption.
If necessary, the basic treatment can be extended by 1-2 weeks.
Overdose has no adverse effects.

Method of preparation:
Put 100-150 ml of spring water, fountain water or still water in a glass or porcelain cup.
Add a teaspoon full of clay or a bulgaras the size of a walnut (5-7 g).
Clay in the form of Bulgarians should not be crushed, as it dissolves in water.
The preparation of the clay is done the night before: it is left from the evening until the morning, when it is mixed well with a wooden spatula and very cloudy water is drunk quickly, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before the meal.
The sediment is thrown away and water with clay is prepared for the next meal.
The procedure is repeated 3 times a day, so that the clay can be consumed before the main meals.
It is important to drink the very cloudy clay suspension before meals, not after meals.
People who fast or eat only in the morning or evening can consume the clay without eating anything afterwards.
