Bio-Kult Everyday 60 capsules

The original Bio-Kult multi-strain preparation contains 14 strains of live cultures and is intended for daily use . The individual strains are specially treated with so-called microencapsulation, which ensures their stability and extreme resistance to stomach acids. A nutritional supplement containing 14 strains of specific live cultures in a concentration of 2 billion CFU (colony forming units) / 1 capsule).

Dosage:

• Recommended dose: 1-2 capsules once or twice a day, preferably with food (if you take 2 or more capsules, you can split the dose so that you take the capsules with breakfast and lunch or dinner, for example)
• When taking antibiotics: Take 4 capsules a day, ideally between antibiotics. Continue use for at least one week after antibiotic treatment is finished
• On the road: Take one week before travel as directed above. Take 4 capsules per day during travel. Continue taking the capsules for at least a week after returning
• Children under 12 years of age: half the adult dose, i.e. 1 capsule per day (a Bio-Kult capsule can be split in half and poured into food, mixed into a drink or swallowed whole)

Warning

Not suitable for children under 3 years. For pregnant women, as with other dietary supplements, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using it. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children and out of sunlight. Allergens: Contains traces of soy and milk.
