Biotin also called vitamin H or vitamin B7. It is a heterocyclic organic chemical compound from the group of water-soluble vitamins. It occurs in animal and plant organisms. It is a coenzyme of several different enzymes. It is an essential component of biotin-dependent carboxylases.

Ingredients: Quali Biotin® biotin (D-biotin), bulking agent: calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose, acacia fiber (FIBREGUM™), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Recommended daily dose required to obtain a beneficial effect : 1 tablet during a meal.
