Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, filler (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), taurine, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Administration:
Take 1 tablet once or twice a day with water on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
