Administration method:

• The first 5 days: orally - 1 sachet 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening after meals
• The next 5 days: orally - 1 sachet in the evening, after meals
• The contents of the sachet are dissolved in 200 ml of warm water, vigorously mixed and the resulting suspension is consumed immediately
• When used in the evening, an interval of 1 hour before going to bed will be kept.

Ingredients:

Psyllium powder (Plantago ovata); 5:1 hydroethanolic extract (maltodextrin) from Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum); diosmin (Bitter orange/ Citrus aurantium); Konjac powder (Amorphophallus konjac), with 95% glucomannan; flavor enhancer: berries (silicon dioxide, glyceryl triacetate); 20:1 hydroethanolic extract from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) fruit, with 92% hesperidin; 3:1 hydroethanolic extract (maltodextrin) from aerial parts of Gotu-kola (Centella asiatica); aqueous extract 2:1 (maltodextrin) from licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra), with 1% glycyrrhizic acid; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana); 8:1 hydroethanolic extract (10% maltodextrin) of aerial parts of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), with 0.3% hypericin.

Contraindications:

• Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as by people with hypersensitivity to any of the product's components
• The product is not recommended for people suffering from intestinal occlusion, undiagnosed abdominal symptoms, or who have difficulty swallowing
• St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in childhood and adolescence.
