Administration method:
Usual doses: Adults: 1-3 measuring spoons per day (8-24g/day). Young people 12-18 years: 1 measuring spoon per day (8g). Maximum dose: 4 teaspoons per day (32g).
The product is administered in detoxification courses of 1-3 months, once or twice a year. A first full course of 3 months is recommended. For accommodation, start the cure with a minimum amount (0.5-1 teaspoon per day). After 3-4 days, gradually increase the consumption up to the optimal tolerated dose, without exceeding the maximum dose.
The product is administered before or after a meal, mixed with 200ml of liquids, preferably yogurt - for maximum effects, and in its absence, with water or fruit juice.
