Description
Amino Energy amino acid complex, Fruit Fusion, 270 g, Optimum Nutrition
Properties:
- contains free amino acids that are quickly absorbed, containing BCAA, beta-alanine, and arginine;
- these amino acids in powder form are also useful in the diet, they are fat-free and a single portion contains only 10 calories;
- contains 100 mg of caffeine from green tea;
- does not contain sugar.
Way of ussage:
Mix 1 or more portions with 300 ml of cold water.
To increase amino acid intake, take one or more servings in the morning and between meals.
For pre-workout energy, take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training.
For faster regeneration, take 1-2 servings immediately after training.
