How to use:
Wash your hands well before opening the perineal compress. Flex the plastic packaging slightly to remove the compress before opening it. Open the package of the compress and carefully remove the frozen or refrigerated compress. Check the temperature of the compress before putting it on the maternity absorbent. Place the perineal compress over the postnatal absorbent, thus having direct contact with the skin. Test the temperature of the compress before use. Change the perineal compress frequently or as needed. Throw away after each use.
