Description
The Dolphiner ear spray is a medical device that facilitates the elimination of excess water from the external ear canal, especially recommended for people who practice water sports and after swimming.
How does Dolphiner spray work?
The water remaining in the ear, the so-called wet ear, contributes to the development of inflammation of the ear canal, most often caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa . Upon contact with water remaining in the ear, the alcohol contained in the preparation causes its rapid evaporation and safe drying of the ear canal. In addition, it has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Acetic acid helps to restore the physiological acidic pH of the ear canal, which is a natural barrier to the development of bacterial flora. Delphiner also contains glycerin, which nourishes the ear canal and protects against excessive drying. Peppermint oil gives the preparation a pleasant, fresh smell.
