How to use : 1 capsule per day, 200 μg per meal. It is best to consume it during the meal with enough water.

Vitamin K (K2 MK-7) MSE is worth using in combination with vitamin D3 MSE.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 MSE does not contain casein, lactose, gluten, gelatin, soy or artificial colors. For diabetics - does not contain the BE mark.
