Dreamvit™ contains a mixture of extracts and vitamins included in a vegetable capsule. The composition has been enriched with Bioperine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect occurs when 0.5 mg is taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of the trip and in the following days after arriving at the destination. Lavender helps reduce irritability and help you get a better night's sleep. Valerian and lemon balm help you relax and maintain sound sleep. Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system, and vitamin B6 helps in its proper functioning.

Daily Serving: Take 1 capsule daily. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
