Way of ussage:
Mix one tablespoon (37 g = 2.5 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk.

Then place in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until golden on both sides (1-2 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the batter).
