EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH is recommended in the treatment of chronic constipation in children aged over 2 years and weighing over 10 kg.

EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH is a medical laxative device that, through osmotic action, favors medical transit naturally. It is not absorbed and does not ferment in the stomach, does not irritate the mucous membrane and is eliminated through feces.

EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH is especially indicated in situations of chronic constipation and occasional intestinal disorders.

Due to its affinity for water, EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH makes the stool softer, facilitating evacuation without causing cramps or abdominal pain and without leading to urgent needs.

EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH is presented in powder form in sachets for the preparation of an oral solution.

Composition:

Each bag contains 6.563 g of Macrogol 3350.

Administration method:

Children between 2 and 6 years: one sachet, once a day

Children between 7 and 12 years: 2 sachets per day

Open the sachet and dilute the contents in 62.5 ml (about half a glass of plain water).

Contraindications:

Do not administer EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH in case of:

• Intestinal stenosis
• Intestinal perforation
• Inflammatory bowel disease (eg Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis)
• Intestinal obstruction.

Precautions:

Do not administer the product to children under 2 years of age

It is not recommended to exceed the recommended doses, as higher doses may lead to unexpected side effects

If the treatment lasts more than 30 days, it is recommended to stop the treatment with EFFECOL JUNIOR EPSILON HEALTH for at least 3-5 days

Do not administer in case of intolerance to the product

Do not administer in case of known hypersensitivity to the components and to polyethylene glycol

Each bag is single-use and must be opened only at the time of use.
