^Ellen® Probiotic Mini Tampons are suitable for menstruating women to maintain balanced intimate health. ellen ^® menstrual tampons recommended by the Experts of the Polish Society of Gynecology have a unique, double action mechanism, confirmed by numerous clinical studies. They provide reliable protection during menstruation and prevent changes in the vaginal bacterial flora, for example after antibiotic treatment or as a result of frequent swimming in the pool.

The viscose fibers of Ellen ^® tampons are filled with probiotic bacteria that naturally dominate the vaginal environment and cause acidification of the environment. These bacteria produce lactic acid and balance the pH level of the vagina, creating conditions for the proper flora of intimate places. The product contains Lacto Naturel (LN ^® ), a mixture of three strains of probiotic lactic acid bacteria:

• Lactobacillus gasseri LN40,
• Lactobacillus fermentum LN99,
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus LN113).

The probiotic in the ellen ^® tampon is a class 2a medical device, marked with the CE mark. This probiotic allows the vaginal application of strains with beneficial probiotic properties during menstrual bleeding, i.e. during the period when the use of other forms of probiotics is limited. Each swab contains 80 billion (8 x ¹⁰⁸ ) colony-forming units of all lyophilized ^LN® probiotics, which are characterized by high survival.
