Properties:
Equilibra® Plus is a concentrated formula with high absorption, based on the synergistic action of the organic magnesium complex (magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium malate) and vitamin B6. The salts of the organic magnesium complex are characterized by a superior bioavailability (the property of being absorbed in sufficient quantity and quickly enough in the body to be effective) and a good gastrointestinal tolerability, compared to inorganic magnesium salts. The association of the two organic magnesium salts together with vitamin B6 causes a cumulation of beneficial effects, and their synergistic action can contribute to maintaining mental health and the proper functioning of the nervous system, reducing fatigue and exhaustion and supporting a normal energy metabolism.

Administration method:
It is administered orally, one film-coated tablet per day, preferably in the morning. It is recommended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age. This dietary supplement can also be used in vegetarian diets. Equilibra® Plus is a food supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:
Active substances: magnesium and vitamin B6. One film-coated tablet contains 110 mg of elemental magnesium (from magnesium malate trihydrate and magnesium bisglycinate) and 2.5 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Other ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agents (hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide), wetting agent (croscarmellose sodium).

Precautions:
The food supplement Equilibra® Plus will not be administered to people with known hypersensitivity to any of the components. It will not be given to people under treatment with levodopa.
