Blackberries are the fruit with the highest amounts of antioxidant substances located in the colored pigment of the fruit. These substances also improve brain activity, preventing short-term memory loss (a sign of aging), also by stimulating retinal microcirculation they support the healthy function of the eye as well as vision even in some cases such as nyctalopia and glaucoma.

Properties:
