Pycnogenol is a natural plant extract obtained from the bark of pine trees of a single species that grows exclusively in the Gascony Lands Regional Park (Les Landes de Gascogne) in southwestern France, on the coast of the Basque Bay. This forest is clean and natural - uncontaminated by plant protection products such as pesticides or herbicides. The highest quality of Pycnogenol® ingredients is due to the fact that the bark is not subject to seasonal changes, unlike other plants, making it an ideal botanical source. 1 kg of Pycnogenol extract is made from 1000 kg of pine bark.

It is based on a proprietary extraction technology, without the use of toxic solvents and respecting the highest GMP quality standards. Contains a unique combination of proanthocyanidins (65% oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs)), bioflavonoids and phenolic acids that provide broad health benefits.

Ingredients: Pycnogenol® - patented maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) bark extract standardized to 65% OPC, filler - microcrystalline cellulose.
