Indications:
Piascledine 300 is indicated in:
It is used as an adjuvant:
- in rheumatology: as adjunctive treatment of joint pain due to osteoarthritis;
- in dentistry: as adjunctive treatment of periodontal diseases.
Contraindications:
Do not use Piascledine:
- if you are allergic to avocado, soy, or any of the other components of this medicine.
Precautions:
Before using Piascledine, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. As a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid using Piascledine during
pregnancy.
Driving vehicles and using machines:
Piascledine does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
Administration method:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Grown ups:
The recommended dose is one capsule of Piascledine per day.
The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water during a meal. Do not chew it.
Use in children and adolescents:
Piascledine should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to a lack of data on safety and efficacy.

Composition:
- The active substances are dry unsaponifiable extract from soybean oil 200.00 mg and dry unsaponifiable extract from avocado oil 100.00 mg.
- The other components are: capsule content: anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, butylhydroxytoluene, polysorbate 80, gelatin; Capsule: body: titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin; cap: titanium dioxide (E171), yellow iron oxide (E172), erythrosine (E127), gelatin.
