Properties:

Ingredients:
The leaves of the tree Juglans regia L., fam. Juglandaceae contain tannin, volatile oil, bitter principles, juglone, mineral substances, flavonoids, vitamin C.

Astringent, antidiarrheal, antihemorrhagic, cicatrizing, antiseptic, antimycotic, hypoglycemic, antiperspirant..
Main uses:
Diarrhea, hemorrhages, diabetes.
Other uses:
Excessive sweating, wounds, eczema, hair care, leucorrhoea.
Contraindications:
The recommended doses are not known.
Preparation:
- Internal use: make an infusion of 1 teaspoon of the plant to a cup of water.
- External use: make an infusion of 2 tablespoons of the plant in 250 ml of water.
Administration method:
- Internal use: drink 1-2 cups of tea a day.
- External use: local baths or compresses on affected areas.
