Description
The main component L-methionine is an essential (irreplaceable) amino acid required for protein formation. It plays an important role in the structure of the fibrous protein keratin, which is the basis of hair and nails. Another amino acid, L-cysteine, is also important for keratin structure.
Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B7 support energy metabolism, vit. B2 supports the normal functioning of the skin and mucous membranes and contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 contributes to the formation of cysteine. Biotin contributes to the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes.
Horsetail extract contains natural silicon. Green barley sprouts are a rich natural source of vitamins and minerals.
Recommended daily dose
1-2 capsules per day.
