How to consume
They are used in the composition of various culinary preparations: soups, soups, vegetable soufflés, cereals, pizza, pasta, salads, sauces or pickles. Poultices are prepared for external use. Those who suffer from chronic constipation should consume a teaspoon of mustard seeds with milk or water. Against rheumatic pains, apply a paste with mustard on the affected areas. This paste is the result of mixing 3-4 tablespoons of mustard flour with warm water.
Contraindications
Mustard must be consumed with caution, because exceeding a certain dose produces inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, diarrhea and kidney diseases.
