Phospholipids are phosphorylated complex lipids, essential components found in the structure of cell membranes, phosphatidylcholine being among the most abundant. The integrity of cell membranes and their function depend on their phospholipid composition. Phospholipids contribute to the proper functioning of the liver and its health with the help of choline, present as part of phosphatidylcholine. The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of a daily consumption of at least 82.5 mg of choline.
Mode of administration:
1 capsule per day, preferably during a meal, swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
Precautions:
This product is intended for adults only. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In the case of chronic conditions or the follow-up of drug treatment, specialist advice is absolutely necessary before using this product. Administration during pregnancy or breastfeeding is done only with the consent of the specialist. It is not recommended for people allergic to soy or any of the product's components. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Store at temperatures below 25˚C, in the original packaging, protected from moisture and light. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
Ingredients:
Soy lecithin (Glycine max), with 1020 mg phospholipids (ethyl esters of soybean oil, glycerin, DL-alpha tocopherol acetate), with at least 16% phosphatidylcholine (min. 82.5 mg choline) – 1200 mg, gelatin capsule (gelatin - 343 mg, glycerin -158 mg, purified water - 45 mg and sorbitol - 34 mg) - 580 mg .
