Holistic Björkaska is a preparation that contains 2 tablespoons of birch ash per liter of water. The ash comes from selected birches that grow on mineral-rich soils in northern Finland.

How to use for adults : dissolve 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water 1-2 times a day, start using 1 glass of diluted liquid a day and increase the dose gradually. To be consumed at least half an hour before or 2 hours after the meal. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Careful! Do not drink undiluted liquid! Due to its high pH (pH = 12), the undiluted liquid is corrosive. When using, be careful not to get into your eyes, skin or clothing. If the decoction gets into your eyes, rinse your eyes with water and seek medical advice.
