Evening primrose oil is a source of natural omega-6 fatty acids in an affordable soft capsule form. The product contains high-quality oil obtained from primrose seeds , which is characterized by a high content of linoleic acid (85% LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (9% GLA) . The oil is obtained by cold pressing , which preserves all the nutritional values and is an excellent dietary supplement with unsaturated essential fatty acids (Omega-6) . Linoleic acid (LA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Each capsule provides 45 mg of gamma-linoleic acid (GLA) and 425 mg of linoleic acid (LA).
