Description
Whole cardamom essential oil, 5 ml, Bionovativ
Properties:
- cardamom seeds are used in gastronomy, but also in Ayurvedic medicine, being highly valued for the benefits they bring to digestion;
- the essential oil extracted from these seeds has a special aroma, sweet-floral, mentholated and slightly spicy;
- can support immunity;

Way of ussage:
Take 3-4 drops 2 times a day.
Each dose is previously dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter of a teaspoon of edible oil.
Ingredients:
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), 100% essential oil.
Precautions:
Do not exceed the indicated dose and do not consume undiluted.
It is only consumed diluted in honey or edible oil, not in water.
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
