Properties :
Lemongrass is a perennial plant originating from subtropical Asia, especially from India. Lemongrass essential oil has a refreshing, stimulating and balancing effect, helps the circulatory and digestive system.

Actions:
Blood tonic, nerve tonic, muscular system tonic, skin tonic, vasodilator, lymphatic system drainer, tissue regenerator, capillary tonic, venous tonic, febrifuge, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, sedative, antidepressant, diuretic, digestive stimulant, blood detoxifier, air disinfectant, antiseptic, antioxidant, improves memory, stimulates the immune system. Composition:
Oil obtained by steam distillation of Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) leaves.

Way of ussage:
External use: - inhalations - apply 3-5 drops of lemongrass oil on a napkin and inhale for 5-7 minutes; - massage - mix 3-4 drops of lemongrass oil with 1-2 tablespoons of base oil (almond, corn, jojoba, olive); - air aromatization - 3-5 drops in water lasting 15-30 minutes; - in cosmetics - a mixture of 3-4 drops of essential oil in 15 ml of vegetable oil can be used to treat skin affected by acne or to balance sebum secretion in the case of oily skin. Do not use on dry skin; - baths - 5-7 drops in the bathtub; - compresses: 6-8 drops on a piece of cotton or a towel. It is recommended to test the sensitivity beforehand on a small portion of the skin.
