Properties:
- 100% Pure;
- it is not mixed with other essential oils or synthetic components, with fatty vegetable oils or mineral oils;

Way of ussage:
INTERNAL USE:
Children 3-6 years: 1-2 drops 2 times a day.
Children 7-14 years: 2-3 drops 3 times a day.
Adults: 4-5 drops 3 times a day.
The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup.
It is used for 7-14 days or as needed. It can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
EXTERNAL USE, ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 3 MONTHS:
Inhalations:
- to reduce states of stress, agitation:
Put 3-4 drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel;
-for relaxation and a peaceful sleep:
Diffuse 4-5 drops of essential oil in the room using a diffuser or sprayer. If necessary, 1 drop can be applied to the forehead and temples.
Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil to a tissue or cotton pad and inhale. One drop can be applied to the forehead and temples.
Massage:
For relaxation and a peaceful sleep:
Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of fatty oil (olive, grape seed, etc.). After the massage, the oil should not be removed by washing for 6-8 hours.
Bathroom:
For relaxation, add 3-4 drops of essential oil to the bath water.
Local application:
For skin irritations or insect bites, apply 1-2 drops of essential oil to the affected areas.

Ingredients:
Petitgrain essential oil - bitter orange leaves (Aurantii amari folii aetheroleum), obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of the species Citrus × aurantium L.
Biochemical profile: linalyl acetate, linalool.

Precautions:
Do not use undiluted on larger areas of the body.
For internal use, it is not recommended in case of gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis, pregnant women, children under 3 years old and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
For external use, it will not be used in the first 3 months of pregnancy, nor in infants under 3 months.
It can be used during breastfeeding.
In infants over 3 months and then up to 3 years of age, it can be applied to the skin, diluted with almond or coconut fatty oil in a ratio of 1:4 (1 part essential oil and 4 parts fatty oil).
