Calming organic helichrysum hydrosol, 100 ml, La Saponaria
Properties:
- helichrysum, from the Greek "Helios chrysos" or "golden sun", is a typical Mediterranean summer plant with numerous properties and virtues;
- helichrysum hydrolate has calming and regenerating properties and stimulates circulation and healing;
- also excellent after exposure to the sun, it is particularly suitable for counteracting dark circles under the eyes and for sensitive or acne-prone skin;
- the helichrysum we use to produce this hydrolate, or floral water, is grown in Urbania, in the Marche region, in a small farm where the flowers are hand-picked when they contain the active ingredients, the period when the properties of the flowers plants are the best;
- perfect for all kinds of occasions and suitable for moisturizing and regenerating all types of skin, especially sensitive ones and those with couperose;
- its astringent action makes helichrysum hydrolate ideal in combination with a purifying cream or you can potentiate its moisturizing effect by applying it before a cooling cream.
How to use:
This hydrosol for sensitive skin lends itself to many different uses:
- as a toner: used simply on the face, it fulfills the same function as a toner, helping to restore the correct pH of the skin after cleansing.
- to refresh and hydrate: keep it in the fridge and spray it on your face when you feel you need an instant boost of energy!
- as a base for your DIY masks: add hydrosol instead of water to enrich your DIY face and hair masks with valuable properties!
- as an ingredient for DIY cosmetics: incorporated in the aqueous phase, it is excellent for creating creams for oily, stressed, irritated skin or with blackheads, fortifying, anti-dandruff and purifying lotions and shampoos, as well as astringent deodorants to combat excessive sweating.
- on the hair: the slightly acidic pH of the hydrosol helps to keep the hair soft and shiny. You can use it to dilute your shampoo or simply as an acid rinse: in this case, simply spray it directly on wet hair as the last step before drying.
- As a decongestant for tired eyes and skin: nothing compares to a compress on tired and tired eyes, to reduce bags and dark circles and to regain a fresh expression and a relaxed skin.
