Get to know DHA-EPA capsules with microalgae oil
Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, including DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), are one of the important components of a balanced daily diet. They must be supplied with food because our body does not have the ability to produce them in adequate quantities. DHA supplementation is especially important when eating small amounts of fish, which is the main source of DHA. This can be especially the case with a vegan diet.
DHA-EPA capsules by Dr. Jacob's ® contain high-quality oil obtained from algae with a high content of DHA and EPA. Seaweed is a healthy alternative plant-based source of Omega-3 fatty acids that are important for health. The microalgae used in the DHA-EPA formula were grown in ecologically clean tanks. Just one capsule of Dr. Jacob's ® DHA-EPA contains up to 250 mg of DHA and EPA acids in a 2:1 ratio (approximately 167 mg DHA and approximately 83 mg EPA).
How do DHA and EPA work?
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of DHA and EPA are consumed per day. In addition, docosahexaenoic acid consumed daily in an amount of 250 mg contributes to maintaining good brain function and correct vision.
Take 1-2 capsules with a high content of DHA and EPA acids of vegan origin every day. Pack of 60 Dr. Jacob's ® DHA-EPA will provide up to 2 months of daily supplementation with omega-3 acids from microalgae oil.
