DHA-EPA + Vitamin E by Dr. Jacob's is a food supplement in liquid form, which is a source of docosahexaenoic acids (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acids (EPA) derived from the microalgae Schizochytrium, combined with a large amount of vitamin E. The algae have have been cultivated in ecologically clean tanks, which eliminates the possibility of heavy metal contamination. The ingredients were dissolved in extra virgin olive oil. DHA and EPA are classified as Omega-3 acids (EFA - essential fatty acids), which act as the building blocks of all body cells.
