Know the ingredients of Kenay® CardioProlin powder
Lysine is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of 20 protein amino acids. For humans, it is an exogenous amino acid. The body cannot synthesize it on its own and must be supplied with food as part of a balanced diet. Rich sources of lysine include, among others: eggs, fatty fish (halibut, salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, mackerel, cod), yellow and cottage cheese, red meat, dairy products, poultry (chicken, turkey), dairy and soy products. The recommended daily dose of CardioProlin is 2000 mg of L-lysine.
Proline is also an organic chemical compound from the α-amino acid group. L-proline is a natural amino acid included in plant and animal proteins. The richest dietary source of proline may be animal products, including those containing gelatin and cheese, beef, pork, and soy protein. The daily dose of Kenay ® powder is 500 mg of L-proline.
Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels. At the same time, it supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress. 4.5 g of CardioProlin powder covers the reference values of vitamin C intake by 2500%.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, the daily use of 4.5 g of CardioProlin Kenay® powder is recommended. A 140g pack will provide one month of supplementation, especially recommended for people with an increased demand for amino acids.
