Ingredients:
2 eggs
30g erythritol
100 ml sweet cream 15% fat
Vanilla extract (optional)
20g KetoMix Waffe
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sweet cream and the sweetener, then add the ketomix waffe gradually. Optionally, vanilla extract is also added. Bake the dough in the waffe machine according to its instructions and serve with jam without sugar or yogurt.
Store in a cool, dry place.
